Located above the Queenstown township, these townhouses have spectacular views over the Wakitipu Lake and Walters and Cecils peaks.
Clustered around a courtyard, living is located to the upper floor and houses staggered to ensure all capture this awesome sight.
Composite precast concrete wall panels are used in combination with concrete floors, with extensive use of glass, stained timber ply and copper to add detail and blend with the landscape. Cedar shutters have been utilised to the main bedrooms decks to provide privacy from each other and neighbours, while also allowing natural ventilation in the summer. Most units include a feature gas fire and recirculating air system.
