The second of our Millbrook houses, this home is three doors along from the first and so it made sense to extend the previous vocabulary. A country, holiday home, large enough to accommodate an extended family, for an extended holiday, or a large group of friends for a very social couple. This is a house designed to last. Schist, slate, copper and cedar combined with highly insulated German window joinery and underfloor heating, creates a house to withstand all conditions. It again expresses our 'Whole of life' approach to architecture, with natural, low maintenance materials and everlasting beauty.
